Delivery & Returns
Currently payment is only accepted via Paypal.
Payment is due at time of purchase and no orders will be made or posted until payment has cleared on Paypal.
As each piece is made to order, please allow for 10-12 working days for orders to be made and posted.
Christmas/ new year shutdown: we will close from 18 December 2016 and recommence from 2 January 2017. Online shop will remain open over this period. However orders placed after the 18th will not be made and posted until we recommence.
Worldwide delivery accepted. Please ensure address is correct. We post via regular post, therefore items cannot be tracked. If you wish for tracking please request for registered post (cost more then regular post).
In Australia regular post will be used, however express post can be organised. Local pick up or delivery can be arranged to avoid postal fees.
MissKelly Made in Tasmania will not be responsible for lost postage or items arriving broken. We ensure each piece is carefully and well packaged.
MissKelly strives for complete customer satisfaction. However will be happy to exchange item of equal value, if item purchased is unworn, unused and not defective within 7 days. Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
